Our individual training focuses on the strengths and weaknesses of each individual. We want to take the weakest part of the athletes's game, and elevate them to the next level through detailed, drill specific work-outs. In addition, each work-out will focus on improving work ethic, concentration, confidence, and intelligence. As part of our training, we use video feedback to show proper technique as well as to correct technique. We offer the best basketball training in San Diego.
